An pakistani, Indian-inspired yogurt marinade with spices works beautifully with a joint of succulent meat for special occasions!
Steps

Washed and cleaned the lamb shoulder Make a long, deep slits to the lamb meat.
First use these ingredients to make a paste, to do this; blend garlic ginger paste, lemon juice, green chillies and red chilli flake together.

Mix all other ingredients in a bowl except the paste you make before in a blender.
Apply to the shoulder of lamb very well and keep covered in a refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight (for the best result).

Preheat your oven 200 degrees gas mark 4.
Cover tightly with aluminium foil and bake1.5 or 2 hours.Remove foil after 1.5hr and turn the lamb and baked agian without foil remove juices in a small pan and save for later use make a gravy.

Brown both sides of the shoulder of lamb or untill fully cooked.
Bring juices to a rolling boil and thicken with 1tbsp of plain flour or corn flour paste if required.
serve the shoulder of lamb with gravy, roast potatoes, grilled tomatoes and your choice of vegetables and enjoy!😊

#Tip:
This marination suitable for any meat pieces.
If you don't have oven You can also fry in a big non-stick pan or wok.
