In bowl place sifter,add cocoa powder,all-purpose flour,baking powder sift together and mix well

In bowl add eggs white and beat until stiff peaks forms

During mixing,gradually egg yolks

Gradually add dry ingredients and oil and gently fold with the help of spoon

Until well combined

Add vanilla essence and milk and mix it

Take baking mould grease with oil and put butter paper then chocolate batter

Bake into preheated pateela for 40 minutes medium to low flame

Chocolate sponge/brownie is ready

Cut into square slices decorate with cherries
