3egg yolks
1/4 teaspoonsugar
1/3 teaspoonsalt
1 tablespoonvinegar
1/4 cupvegetables oil

Separate the yolks and white.

Pour the yolks in a blender cup / mixing bowl.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar to the yolks mixed for about 10 minutes, add the oil gradually to obtain thick batter.

Store in a jar and refrigerate, it can be kept for a week.
