Ingredients

  • 1 cupwater
  • 250 gsugar
  • 10 mllemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sugar in to a pan

  2. 2

    Add water

  3. 3

    Start the fire let it boil till 100°C

  4. 4

    Boil for about 5minutes

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice let it boil for 2minutes

  6. 6

    Put the fire off and put the syrup in the air for cooling

  7. 7

    On feeling it, it's thick for folding a fondant
