Mix sugar, curd and oil in a mixing bowl

Sieve flour baking powder, baking soda.

Mix by cut and fold method, gradually add 1/2 cup milk and make smooth batter

Divide the batter in two equal parts, in one part add chocolate essence (you can also use if you have vanilla or you can skip it also). In second part add 2 tbsp cocoa and 2 TSP milk and mix

In a greased cake tin, (brushed with oil and dusted with flour) alternatively add vanilla and chocolate batter till there is no batter left.

Take a toothpick and make flower designs.

Preheat a cooker with salt and wire stand.

Tap the cake tin. Cover and bake for 35 mins. Insert a toothpick, if comes out clean, cake baked completely. Allow to cool and demould

Cut,eat, enjoy plain!
