1chopped cauliflower
2chopped potatoes
1Onion
2Tomatoes
1chopped green chilli
As required Ginger and garlic paste
To tastesalt
1/4 tbspred chilli powder
1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
as requiredgaram masala
As required Oil

Steps

Firstly wash, dry and chopped all veggies. Take a pan heat oil fried garlic and ginger paste for one minute, now put the onion and fry untill golden colour.

Now add tomatoes and fried then put all ingredients and fried.

Lastly, add veggies and cook for 10 minutes.
