  • Ganye of choice
  • Toka
  • Add-ins
  • Onions
  • Scotch bonnets
  • Oil
  • Karago/Yaji
  • Maggi/Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut thinly the veggie of choice.

  2. 2

    Mix it with the couscous or tsaki

  3. 3

    Add toka and combine. Steam traditionally or with modern steamer on low heat for an hour plus

  4. 4

    Add all add-ins and serve.
