Ingredients

  1. 2carrots, grated
  2. 4bread slices
  3. 1/2cabbage grated
  4. 1capsicum grated
  5. 1onion grated
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 2 tspmayonnaise
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspchaat masala
  11. As neededbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Take all veggies wash and finely grated and grate paneer.

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl add all veggies and mayonnaise.

  3. 3

    Now add all the dry masala and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now take a bread slice spread sauce and mixture on it and cover it with another slice and grill in a griller pan.

  5. 5

    Carrot sandwich is ready to eat.
