Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add cumin seed with all whole spices.

When cumin crackled, add sliced onion and cook till transparent.

Add ginger garlic paste,saute till rawness gone, add mutton pieces, cook till mix well.

Add all powdered spices, salt and cook till oil seperates.

Add brown onions,beaten curd,kasoori methi cook till mix well.

Add 1/2cup water and cover the lid, pressure cook till 4 _5 whistles arrive or until mutton tenders. When done switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
