Kansar

This is traditional Gujarati sweet. Once my grandmother told me that in olden times new bride has to make this dish in in-laws house. In-laws will decide that new bride is a good cook or not. Well.. story or no story..I love this dish. No artificial flavours at all. Yes.. Those who are worried about diet, they should be careful but I promise you can't resist this..we cook this dish on auspicious days.
