  • 250 gmsweet corn
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1 tbspmaida
  • leavesHandfull of coriander
  • 1 tspGinger garlic, green chilli paste
  • as per tasteSalt and chili
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the corn till it soft. Around 2 whistles

    Grind it little.. not proper puree

    Add all ingredients and dry masala. Mix it properly.

    Take oil in pan. Hot till smoky.. take a little little batter with the help of spoon. Fry till golden. Serve with chutney.
