Boil the potatoes after that put it to cool down at room temperature and then crush it firmly after removing it's upper layer. Put all the ingredients mentioned above in that crushed stuff and mix it well. Make small circular shape of the same.

Take besan and add salt as per the taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric and add some water to it. After that mix it and make smooth batter of the same. Take a pan and put the oil in it at low flame.

When the oil become hot then put the potatoes ball into the batter and cover it with your batter after that put it one by one into your pan. Fry it till it get light brown colour. Enjoy your batata vada with catch-up and green chutney.
