  1. 1 kgBeef mince
  2. 5 tbspbaisan (gram flour)
  3. 4medium onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tea spoongaram masala
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1egg
  7. Kutta hoa sabaht dhania
  8. 2 tbspanar dana
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspKutti hoi lal mirch
  11. 3 Hair mirch chopped
  12. 1/2 bunchdhaniya finely chopped

    Take big bowl add all ingredients mix very well with hands

  2. 2

    You can use chopper to mix everything do remember mix all ingredients very well

  3. 3

    Heat oil on low medium flame shape kabab press tomato slice fry them on medium flame Zara sabar say banaien 😊

  4. 4

    Tip. Egg and gram flour are binding agents and onion make kabab soft you can mix first three then add all dry ingredients

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy with minty chattni
