Steps

Mix eggs,season with salt pepper

Spray non cooking spray on waffle maker if using a mini waffle maker only need one egg

Add 1/4 shredded cheese directly to waffle griddle let begin to crisp about 45sec..then slowly add eggs,careful not to over fill let eggs set just a bit,add remaining cheddar ontop..then lower top part of griddle now. Cook for 2-3 min until browned to your preference.

I used thick Applewood bacon which I cooked in oven for 20min @ 375°..but you can add whatever filling you like. Be sure to let chaffle cool b4 assembling.
