Steps

Put warm water in a bowl, add yeast and sugar and mix. Let sit for 5-10 min

Preheat the oven at 50-70°C while the yeast is resting

After the yeast is activated, add the flour, salt and olive oil and work the dough with your hands for a few minutes.

Turn off the oven and put the dough inside with the door slightly open and let it rise to double it's size. About 45 min to 1 hour.
