Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsmaida
  2. 50 gmscornflour
  3. 2 pinchesOrange food colour
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  6. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  7. 1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  8. 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  9. 3 tbsptomato ketchup
  10. as requiredOil for deep frying
  11. 5-6 clovesGarlic
  12. 1/4part of cabbage
  13. 3medium sized green capsicum
  14. 3medium sized onion
  15. Some spring onion
  16. 4-5green chillies

Steps

    Chopped all the vegetables and take the other ingredients.

    Take a big bowl,mix all the ingredients.

    Take a pan,put oil in it...let it warm on medium high flame.

    Now cook fritters.

    After 5 minutes, take out all the fritters from the oil and serve hot with tomato sauce or mayo or homemade schezwan sauce.
