Steps

Chopped all the vegetables and take the other ingredients.

Take a big bowl,mix all the ingredients.

Take a pan,put oil in it...let it warm on medium high flame.

Now cook fritters.
- 5
After 5 minutes, take out all the fritters from the oil and serve hot with tomato sauce or mayo or homemade schezwan sauce.
