Sweet Strained Corn Tamales

In a blender, gradually blend the milk and some of the corn kernels until all are blended.

Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pot.

Add the sugar over low heat, stirring constantly.

When the mixture comes to a boil and thickens, remove from heat.

Keep the heat low and continue stirring at all times.
- 6
Using a spoon, place the mixture onto the corn husks and arrange them on a tray. Once finished, refrigerate them. After about an hour, they are ready to serve.
