Firstly Cui brinjal into small and thin slices.

Now take big bowl put gram flour, red chilli powder, garlic powder, carrom seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, kasuri methi, salt and with the help of water make nor thick, nor thin batter.

Now take Kadhai put oil heat it, then deep brinjals in gram flour batter and deep fry it.

When from both sides deep fried, take out from Kadhai.

Now served with any dips or sauces.
