Firstly 6 tsp oil, hing, turmeric powder, sugar, citric acid,mix in large mixing bowl.

Now add 6 tsp water into the mixture and mix until sugar dissolve.

Now add slow slow gram flour and add required water also. Mix with well at least 2-3 minutes. Rest batter for 10 minutes.

Further prepare steam and greased mould.

After 10 minutes take batter and bit again for 2-3 minutes and add baking soda mix with light hand, batter become fluffy.

Pour the batter into the mould. And steam for 20-25 minutes or until become ready.

Further prepare tarka heat oil into a pan and now crackle rai and green chillies, salt, sugar and water. After a boil add lemon juice.

Ready tarka pour upon on ready dhokla and garnish with fresh grated coconut Keep refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.

Finally dhokla ready for serving with green chutney.
