Ingredients

1 cupboiled rice
1boiled potato
1chopped onion
1 tspchopped green chillies
1 tspchopped ginger
1 tspchopped garlic
leavesChopped coriander
leavesChopped mint
Salt
1/2 tbspred chilli powder
1 tspwhite cumin powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
1beaten egg to make layer around cutlets
3 tbspoil to fry

In a bowl, add cooked rice, boiled potato, chopped ingredients and all the spices mentioned above.

Mix and mash them well.

Make small patties with the help of jam bottle cap and a piece of plastic bag.

Dip into the beaten egg and fry them to golden colour.
