1chopped onions
2 pinchturmeric powder
1 1/2 tspcoriander powder
to tastesalt
2 pinchpepper powder
to tastered chilli powder
To tastegaram masala

Place a kadai and pour some oil and add onions saulteit and add mushrooms and saulte for a minute
