Leftover meat ko freezer sy nikal lain.pot main 2 cup water boil krain.meat ko boil water mein 2-3 min daal ky strain krlai. Pani throw krdain.gosht mein agr bones houn tu remove krlain. Garampani main dalny sy agr koi ajza meat py lagy hoty hain tu remove hojaty hain aur meat soft bhi rehta hy.

Sabit garam masala ko grind krlain.dhania harimirchain chop krlain.app pusa garam masala bhi use krskty hain.bx meat leftover hy tu fresh garam masaly sy taste+kushbo mein izafa hota hy

Mery pass boil chany ki daal mojod thi so gosht,chany ki daal,sabit lal mirch,ginger,garlic, salt,haldi ko pot main medium flame py mix krain.(agr boil daal na ho tu alag sy boil krlain sabit lal mirch+ginger+garlic ky sath)pani add nahi karna.daal aur gosht ka thora pani zaror hoga jo mixing mein help kryga.pakany ka maqasd sabit lal mirch or ginger garlic ka kachapn end bhi krna hy aur jo used meat ki smell ho wo bhi end hojati hy.

Achi tarha mix krny ky baad mixture ko grind krlain.garam masala+hara masala aur 1 egg mix krdain.kabab ki shape bana lain.

Ab app cgahy tu freeze krdain ya fry krlain.mein shami kabab without egg fry karti houn.1/2 kg leftover meat sy almost 10-12 kabab ban jaingy.

Mazedar leftover shami kabab enjoy krain chutney,salad,raity ky sath.lunch ho ya dinner, snack ho ya kids ka lunch box. Hr tarha karamad.
