Steps

Take gram flour curd and water in a bowl make a batter add green chilli and ginger paste salt and turmeric

Now take a non-stick pan add the batter and stir continuously till 8-10 minutes until the mixture turns to thick consistency

Batter should not be cool when it is hot starts to spread

Now spread the batter with the help of spatula on platform or on back side of dish let it cool

After speeding cut it horizontaly and vertically now roll it into rolls with help of finger very carefully

Make all the rolls once, then add tadka on khandvis and serve them. For tadka heat a wok add oil curry leaves, sesame seeds, sarso seeds and asfoiteda let's crackle them put it on khandvi rolls.

To make perfect khandvi take the measure ments perfectly and stir the batter continuously.
