For instant shrikhand gather all the ingredients.

In a bowl take fullfat cream and Whip it until its smooth and fluffy.

Now add into it caster sugar and fold it well.

Again add into it vanilla extract and milk powder. Fold it gently.

Further add chocolate fudge topping and mix it well and let shrikhand set and chill it in refrigerator fir an hour. Than serve it with your meals.
