1 cancooked chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cupcelery
1/2 cuponion
2 Tbscapers
2 tbsgreen onion
1/4 cupmayo (I use avocado oil mayo)
Squeezelime or lemon juice to taste
to tasteSalt pepper

Pulse beans twice in pulser or blender. You Want it to have some texture still and not super smooth

Mix all ingredients and serve on toast or saltines!
