In a big bowl take wheat flour and add all dry ingredients.

Add oil add milk and knead a medium flour (no softer no hard) cover for 5 mins.

After 5 min grease your hands with cooking oil kned dove again make soft. Now make small lumps equal sizes.

Take one lump make smooth put on rolling plate roll with rolling pin as thin apply some dry wheat flour.

Heat up tawa on gas place khakra on it put heat medium heatroast both sides press with clean kithchen napkin or wooden tool make crispy if you want apply a spoonful oil.

Your crispy khakra is ready. You can store it. Enjoy with tea coffe or chutney.
