  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onions

Steps

    Peel and cut the potatoes

    Boil the potatoes with some maggi and seive..

  3. 3

    In a bowl crack the egg

    Add seasoning,grated scotch bonnet and dice onions...

    Mix everything together

    Add the boil potatoes into the egg

    Mix

    Preheat some oil in a pan

    When hot add the potatoes

    Turn each side till done..
