Pick bread slices roll it using a roller pin further set three slices & using a cutter press in center in circular motion remove the center part

Besides whisk eggs with salt, pepper & kasuri methi

Take a pan add teaspoon of butter pop some egg batter in center cover it & cook for two minutes when it’s slightly cooked flip to other side

Then in another Kadai add some oil & fry the center part we removed from toasties fry till golden both sides

Now remove both on a plate

To serve it slice them & enjoy with tomato ketchup the drooling egg toasties can be relished with family for snack meal or early breakfast meals.

Gradually prepare as many as you like..!
