Mix sooji curd and make a batter and keep aside for 10-15mins

Add salt ginger chilli paste and mix well

Grease the dhokla plate or any utensil...then add eno to the batter and ppur to greased tin

Cook for 10-12 mins on medium to high flame in dhokla cooker
- 5
Heat oil in a pan & add all tadka items.pour to dhokla tin
- 6
Cut and serve
