Steps

Wash fish and marinate with turmeric powder and chilli powder, salt and keep for at least 1hour

Dry roast the biriyani masala slightly and grind as powder

Soak basmati rice for 20min

Keep a thick vessel, add oil and fry the fish (well done)

In the same oil, add dry garam masala, fry until the aroma comes, then fry onion, chilli until golden brown, now add tomato, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and cook until tomato mash

Add 1: 1and half ratio water, salt, lemon juice and cover. When it start boiling, add rice.

Cover and cook in medium flame for 15 min,

Now arrange the fried fish on the top and add ghee, keep the dum plate, and let it cook in slow flame for another 15 min

Decorate and serve the fish biriyani with mint chutney
