Make marinade for malai boti. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well. Add chicken cubes. Let sit for at least 30 mins. (Can use ginger garlic paste also)

Heat coal on open flame. Place hot sizzling coal on a piece of aluminum foil and place it in the chicken. Cover and give steam for 2 mins.

After coal smoke, pierce boneless cubes into a skewer. Heat oil in a pan. Fry until chicken turns golden brown from one side, then change to other side.

When the chicken is done from both sides, and is tender, remove from pan.

Serve with freshly sliced onion rings, lemon wedges, mint chutney, raita, paratha or naan. Enjoy!
