Wash strawberry and dry cut in tulip shape

Peel kiwi and slice them

Put both fruits on a paper or cloth to dry well

Beat cream with icing sugar till fluffy and hard peaks.

Take a cutting board and spread cling on it than place 1,bread slice and spread cream layer thick

Then put 1 strawberry on it again put Cream, then place 1 kiwi slice below.

Again put layer of cream than put 3slice of kiwi and cover with thick cream layer.

Cover with another bread slice and fold cling tightly

Make both sandwiches and keep in fridge for 3-4 hrs.

Open cling, cut edges with a bread knife, then carefully slice from center of bread so that tulip flower shape comes.
