Take gram flour in a pot. Grind 3 spoons of sugar and citric acid in a mixer jar.

Add ground mixture, baking powder, salt and pinch of turmeric to the gram flour. Add water and mix. Now add ENO. Mix. See the consistency of the batter should be ribbon-like.

Grease a pan. Take a large vessel and keep it on low flame for 5 mins for preheating. Put the ready batter in a greased pan and keep it in the vessel. Cover the lid and keep on low flame for 15 mins

Open and remove the pan after 15 mins. Let it cool and remove the dhokla in a plate

Cut it and garnish it with sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Now take 1tbsp of sugar and add half cup of water. Mix.

Take a small frying pan for tadka. Put nearly 3 tbsp of oil. Heat. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and green chilli and at last, add prepared sugar syrup in the pan.

Put the mixture all over the dhokla evenly and enjoy it with tamarind chutney😋
