Wash & chop the tomato, scotch pepper, red bell pepper & onions, blend & make a paste then fry with oil for some mins as seen below then add in the beef & beef stock followed by the salt, maggie, onga & fish then cover & allow to cook for 10 mins.

Then add in the coconut milk cook for another 10 mins then pour the per boiled rice together with the carrot & green pepper cook until water strains then serve. Be careful not to add too much salt in cooking the meat because we dont want the food to be too salty.

Coconut milk is obtained by chopping coconut into pcs & blending it then strain the water that is the milk, be careful not add too much water as it will be too diluted 1 cup is enough.
