Another dinner or lunch sorted, with a simple yet can be very elegant dish..alhamdulillah..Seabass very similar to seabream are very delish mashaallah ,esp cooked shallow fried this way.@may it be noted its advisable only to fry this and not use in stew(off course , unless you can remove bones prior to cooking )as it's easier to remove bones this way. goes with maize meal, chapati of all sorts, eg in wraps, rice dishes...and... maybe you can serve just as !

  5. 5

Mean while you can shallow fry the seabass.add enof oil to half or three quater cover the fish.fry until crunchy outside.turn over using your spoon to pour some oil over the parts that don't sit well flat and where the oil doest reach, this helps to let cook thru insidetoo...after the fish is fry..then take out on kitchen paper to drain off some oil.let cool complet

  6. 6

Then now add other veggs.mix frequently....cook until just soft.Cabbage still slightly crunchy! Add v little water if cabbge still tough../raw.

  7. 7

After fish is cooled.tgen place the veggy in preferably oblong dish but let some place for placing your fish pieces.. this way try minimise the fish being soggy.so plate yo as prefer Voila lovely crunchy stir fry veg ready.waiting for your other serving suggetions
