  1. 1

    You'll need 4 leg quarters cut in halves.. wash and season. Heat 1 cup oil.. cook chicken until golden brown.. remove from oil. add water, onions, diced potatoes, garlic,thyme and green peppers. Let it simmer on medium high heat until tender.

    Allow gravy to thicken.
