1 tbsp Rice
to tasteSalt
1/2 tsp baking soda
As required Oil
As requiredChopped onion
HandfulCoriander leaves

Soak the rice and dal together for overnight.

Grind it with some water. Add crushed green chillies and salt. Keep it for overnight fermentation.

Add baking soda and oil. Grease the thali. Spread the batter and steam it.

Cut it roughly. Serve with onion and ginger oil.
