Ingredients

  1. 100 gmfresh strawberries
  2. 300 mlchilled milk
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 2 scoopsstrawberry ice cream
  5. as requiredSome icecubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash strawberries properly. Remove its cap.

    Now in a mixer jar put chopped strawberries.

    Add sugar. Blend it to a smooth paste.

    Now cook it on non-stick pan for 5-10 mins.or till water absorbs.

    Now in take chilled milk and put 2-3 tbsp of strawberry puree/Sauce and blend it.

    Pour it in large glasses.

    Add icecubes.

    Garnish it with some puree and fresh strawberries.
