Daal moong masoor
Tadke wali moong masoor ki daal.
Steps

First wash 1/2 cup of moong and 1/2 cup of masoor daal thoroughly then soak in water for 30 mins.

Drain water then add moong and masoor daal in the pressure cooker pot.
Add 4 glasses of water.
Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
Add chopped onion.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Close the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes after whistling. - 3
Turn off flame and open the pressure cooker after pressure release.
Add fresh coriander leaves, green chillies and garam masala powder. - 4
Now for Tarka..
Add 1/2 cup of oil in a pan and turn on flame to medium.
Add white cumin seeds, methi dana and 2 pinch ajwain.
Add whole red chillies.
When oil heated up, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli paste.
Cook until golden colour.
Add tarka in the cooker pot and close the lid for 10 mins before serving. - 5
Mix and dish out and serve with boiled rice or chapati.
