It's a creamy and silky punjabi sabji
Steps

First take tomatoes, onion and all the masala in sa dish

Now take a pan add some oil add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic cloves cardamom and onion saute them well then add tomatoes and cashew and some salt and water

Add some red chilli powder and turmeric powder and coriander powder and cover it with lid for 10 min.

Then cool down it completely. Andgrind it in a mixture grinder to a smooth thin paste

Again take a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee and gravy, cover it with lid for 7-8 min. Again add some red chilli powder garam masala and kasoori methi at this stage add grated paneer for smoothn silky texture

Now add paneer at last I cut the paneer pieces vertically and add them as well I didn't fry paneer

Paneer should be fresh
