Caramel Method:- Firstly in a pan add 3 full spoons of sugar and 1 tsp of water. In the slow flame stir it properly until it becomes thick caramel with a glossy texture.

Turn the gas off,and the keep the caramel aside and let it cool.

In a bowl, take 5 eggs in it add the remaining sugar powder. Whisk it properly so there should not be any lumps.

In the same bowl, add lukewarm milk (room temperature) with one hand and keep on stirring the mixture from the other hand to avoid any lumps in between.

Then, that add the milk powder and vanilla essence and mix them all properly.

Now transfer all the mixture into mould.

Now, take an empty vessel and preheat it for 5 mins in high flame. Then in that vessel keep one small lid and on top of that keep the mould and cover the mould with any plate or aluminum foil. Now cover the utensil with lid and keep any heavy thing on it.

Bake it,for 45 min max on medium flame.

Once it get cool down, then de-mould the pudding. And keep it in the refrigerator.
