Momo Chutney - Boil tomatoes + garlic + onion + red chili for 10 mins on high flames. Then close the lid and keep it for 10 mins.

Remove all ingredients from water & Grind is to smooth paste. In pan,put little oil and then pour the grind mixture +salt + soya sauce + sugar and sauté for 5 mins. Tadaa it is ready

Green Chutney- put all the ingredients into grinder (except lemon juice) and grind it to fine paste. Then pour into serving bowl and mix together with lemon juice.
