  2. 4medium sized Boiled potatoes 🥔
  3. 1 CupGrated carrot 🥕
  4. 1 CupPeas (optional)
  5. Bread crumbs
  6. 1/2 tspchat masala
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspchilly powder
  9. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  10. Juice of half lemon
  11. Salt as required
  12. leavesCoriander

    Mix all the above ingredients and set aside

    Heat a pan with little oil.

    Shape into cutlet form
