Steps

Soak rice and daal in to water for 20 to 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Add mustard seeds and hing. Once mustard crackers add ginger garlic and chilies.

Add potato, onion, capsicum and bringal.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and add tomatoes and peas.

Add salt, turmeric, red chi oowder and garam masala along with coriander powder.

Mix well and add soaked rice and daal add 2 cup water and cook till 3 whistle.

Serve hot.
