Ingredients

  • 1cucumber
  • 1lime
  • 1/2fresh ginger
  • to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel cucumber and cut into chunks, add to blender with lil water, squeeze lime and add fresh ginger(peel the back) then blend until smooth

    Strain mixture through a strainer to remove pulp, add sugar and stir

    Chill before serving
