Take a mixing bowl, add grated beetroot (squeeze out the juice)chop onion and coriander leaves and green chillis finely,

Now add in chopped onion, coriander, green chilli,grated ginger, salt and other spices, further add in mashed potato

Add 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, combine well everything together, make sure all the spices are mixed well

Now prepare the patties out of the mixture, I gave ovel shape, you can make any shape of patties, cover patties with bread crumbs, slightly press so that bread crumbs stick to it properly, shallow fry cutlets on both sides until crispy, serve hot with any of your favourite dip.Enjoy.
