First turn on the gas flame and place a kadhai pour 1 Teaspoon of Ghee and then roast all dry fruits then transfer it to a plate.

Now in the same Kadhai add 1 Teaspoon more ghee then roast Gond. When it's starts puff then transfer it to a plate. Now crushed it and make powder.

Then in the same Kadhai pour rest ghee then add wheat flour and roast it for at least 10 mins in low flame.

After 10 mins turn off the gas flam. Transfer it to a plate that roasted Atta. Now mix all dry fruits, dry ginger powder, Ajwain and cool it completely.

Then add powder sugar to it and make pinni. Shape it as you wish Then enjoy.
