Irish and sweet patotes nuggets

Wash and boil ur patotes

Peel up the skin,mash them
- 3
Add ur seasonings,curry,1/2 cup of flour,1/2 cup of bread crumbs,scotch bonnet and chopped onions
- 4
Mix them together untill everything is well combined
- 5
Shape it into cylindrical shape and coated with flour
- 6
And dip in eggs then coat with bread crumbs untill well coated
- 7
Fry till golden brown and serve
