Steps

Take a pressure cooker add 2 cups of water and add Malabar cucumber pieces close the lid and let all the steam evaporate. Note: (As Malabar cucumber is delicate pressure whistle is not required).

Take 1 cup of grated coconut, ginger,green chillies, jeera 1/2 cup of curd to grind the mixture into fine paste.

After the steam is evoparated open the lid and add the coconut mixture,coriander powder, turmeric powder and let it cook for 2-3 mins once the boiling starts turn off the flame and let the mixture get warm.

Add 2 cups of curd and mix well.For the final touch seasoning mustard seeds with oil and pour at the top of the mixture.

Yummy delicious Malabar cucumber Mor kuzhambu is ready to serve with hot rice,pickle, appalam/chips for perfect lunch 😋😋😋😋😋
