Steps

Wash and peel the skin of the mango. Blend it and make a puree of mango.

In a big size plate. Brush ghee or oil. Pour the mango puree on a plate and spread evenly.

Keep the mango plate under the fan for 3 days. After 3 days you will find the papad is ready.
- 4
Slowly take out aam papad from the plate and cut into cubes or any shape.
- 5
Aam papad is Ready.
